As a former tenant of Building 22, I am APPALLED that there is still problems and issues at Peachtree and it makes me SICK to read it.

I know someone that works for WDIV as an Investigative Reporter and I asked him how I can help bring to light, all of these problems and issues re: Peachtree. This is what he told me and you MUST follow the instructions.

YOU SHOULD CALL THE CLINTON TOWNSHIP SUPERVISOR FOR BUILDING - RE: BUILDING INSPECTIONS. AS MANY OF YOU CAN FILE A COMPLAINT!! THAT IS THE ONLY WAY THAT CLINTON TOWNSHIP WILL BECOME INVOLVED. ONCE A COMPLAINT OR COMPLAINTS ARE LOGGED IN AND "NOTHING" IS DONE, THEN I CAN CALL MY CONTACT AT WDIV.

HE CANNOT STEP ONTO THE PROPERTY WITHOUT JUST CAUSE, SO IF CHECKS WITH THE CLINTON TOWNSHIP DEPARTMENT AND DISCOVERS THE COMPLAINTS AND NO ONE DOES ANYTHING - THAN THERE IS A STORY!!!

Complaints / Enforcement

All complaints must be in writing and addressed to the Building Department. The address is:

40700 Romeo Plank Road
Clinton Township, MI 48038.

Simply state the nature of the complaint and the address it pertains to. You may either sign the complaint as a concerned citizen or state your name. The complaint is then entered into our Computer Program and issued a computer number for reference. It is then assigned to an Inspector. An inspection is made within 24 hours of receiving a written complaint.

If the nature of the complaint is such that the Building Department would not address it, it will then be forwarded onto the appropriate Department (i.e., DPW, Police).

Phone: (586) 286-9323
Inspection: (586) 286-9320
FAX: (586) 286-9484

John Codron, Superintendent
Michael Gentry, Assistant Superintendent

THERE ARE FORMS THAT YOU CAN DOWNLOAD - YOU CANNOT CALL TO COMPLAIN!!! ALL COMPLAINTS MUST BE DONE IN WRITING, THEN YOU CAN CALL AFTER AND COMPLAIN OR FOLLOW UP WITH YOUR "WRITTEN COMPLAINT". I WILL BE CHECKING IN TO SEE HOW THINGS ARE GOING, SO PLEASE POST YOUR FINDINGS SO I CAN CALL MY CONTACT AT WDIV.

LET ME HELP YOU, MUST THIS IS HOW THINGS MUST BE DONE!!

THANK YOU

EX-BUILDING 22 TENANT

I have a water damage in my kitchen and currently in the bathroom. they have been fixing the bathroom for 2 months. funny thing is they will tell you a bold face lie that they were just in your apartment and didnt see anyleakage.......they say this and i would be at home for 2 days straight. So they must be invisable. Very very disturbing.
