This was by far the worst place that I ever lived. I had a two bed room and payed 650 a month. First of all the the place is old and needs to be renovated. The counter tops are from the 70's yellow and green. The place was not cleaned when we moved in and we told them that we were not moving in untill the carpet was replaced. The parking lot was full of pot-holes and the security lights were never on. My girl friend hurt her ankle because she could not see a pot-hole. In the winter I had to call in to work one morning because they did not plow our parkinglot untill 2pm and my car was stuck. They would not salt the side walks or shovel them. The heating in this place was the worst! I paid over a hundred dollars for heat one month becasue the windows are single pane and so is the slideing door. We had the joy of putting up getto plastic. The heat did work but just would not shut off and we ended up taking down the plastic and opening the door in the middle of the winter because it was like 90. One last thing was the noise. We could hear the people upstairs all the time. The floor would creek and all you could hear was thumping from the kids running back and forth and that stupid dog that would bark the entire time that they were gone! What hell!!

You are so right the place is a dump, it look nice on the outside but is the pitts in the inside. Lynna the maintenance supervisor is a lying theif. Kim the boy looking manager is a redneck. The company don't pay there bills and cannot get vendors to come out to do any work. The other manager was the best they had in a while the young girl but she left because they had to lay off the entire staff because they did not have money to pay there employees. Half of the tenants lived there for free because the company couldnot afford to evect any one. Hows that for business?
