I moved to Peachtree in 2004 because it was close to my family and cheap. I completly regret moving here! My car has been broken into and egged. There was an attempted break in around Christmas and now my door is broken and maintnence will not fix it, they keep telling me the peices are on order. If I don't dead bolt my door it just blows open. I do not feel safe here at all not to mention between the months of decmeber and March there is no heat. It ghets down to about 40 degrees, obviously not comfortable living conditions. I have called emergency maintnence so many times and they never do anything!!! When I do get a responce I get people coming to my door that smell like alcohol and don't know what they are doing. Their solution to the heat problem are space heaters. I now have two. Also the screens in my windows, the dishwasher and the toilet are all broken. I had a leak in my closet and mold in my carpet. I have called so many times aout these problems and even have written letters. Nothing seems to work.The only noise complaints I have evermade was toward my extremley loud neighbor Lynna who just so happens to be my maintnence person. My lease is finally up in July and I am out of there! Its just really depressing, this was my first experience out on my own and it was a horrible one. There has been a change in management about 3 times that I know of. So every time I try to follow up on a complaint they don't even know what I'm referring to, even with all the letters I have dropped off. This place is so frustrating.If i knew abou this website before when I was researching apartments I would have not moved here. So please save your money and your time, Peachtree is not a safe place to live especially with children.

Mold was a big problem for us too, i cant believe Nobody cared to fix these simple problems. The management is Horrible and Rood to the customers!! Never move here, it would be the worst mistake you'll make!!
