If you are thinking of moving in this place, you better think again. The management staff is very shady. They fire people that are working for them for no cause and then evict them off the premises. I know a few ex employees who were terminated because Finn-Silver came in and took over the complex. These employees worked hard and long hours to improve living conditions and improve maintenance in the buildings. Now the new managment company does not take care of the work orders in a timely manner, the apartments are not what you pay for. The appliances are old and constantly breaking down. The hallways are dirty and need painting badly. They have cobb webs hanging everywhere. The grounds could be kept up better. Tenants cars are constantly getting broke into. The windows leak. The model is decorated nicely and it is deceiving. What you see is not what you get. Look elsewhere. For the extra money, you can get something alot nicer and a management staff without an attitude.!!!!!!!!! Steer clear of this place!
