Do not waste your time moving in here. You can have a nicer place and cheaper rent if you move into the mobile home park next door. I did. My lot rent is $391, and my house payment is only $150.00 on an $8000.00 used home. Can not beat that, it is mine, I have privacy, less noise, my own yard, safer (security patrol),I can sell it and make money later . An apartment....not mine, and I make nothing, have to deal with the bull and pay alot more. Check out Rudgate Clinton.
