I agree with all of these comments, this is a horrible place to live!!!! Management makes MANY broken promises! They start off wheeling you in by making everything look and sound so good, but think again!! This is a very unsafe place to live; fires are always started in vacant apartments, partly due to them not being locked, main enterance doors are not locked, dog feces loaded up on the grass, shootings, fighting, muggers... the list could go on!!! I would not even recommend this DUMP to my worst enemy! Its almost like living in the ghetto with all the hoodlums!! I recommend getting a gun or some sort of protection if you plan on living here!! Also notice management has no response to any of these ratings; its because they know they know they SUCK, LIE, amd could give two shits about anyone here and their safety! I went to the "new office" the other day, it must be nice to have a clean and newly painted hallway, mine smells like drugs, and nasty funk, and the walls are in need of being painted. They supposedly have a cleaning lady to clean the halls, but hmmm, for some reason she is always at the building where the leasing office is!

I agree. Rhonda(the manager) is a two-faced lier. She is very good at telling you what you want to hear, then conveniently forgets when she hangs up the phone! She knows nothing about running a property correctly. I would love to know how she ever got this job! I could do a better job than her!!! I am a housewife and have NEVER seen or heard the cleaning lady (other than outside wheeling a vacuum around from building to building)-what for?-They're all filthy and smell horribly of cigarettes and marijuana. The property itself is a great piece of land-just impossible to enjoy with the tons of dog crap everywhere and the people(residents) fighting and screaming profanities well into the night. I see the maintenance guys strolling around with apparently nothing to do. (Shouldn't the manager get on them ?!?) 2 of them appear busy most of the time,while one I swear gets paid to drink all day! And yes, the parking lots are terrible. Under a better manager and with some money this would be a decent place to live. The apartments are roomy. They just need a manager that knows what they're doing.
