If i knew about this website before,i wouldnt have moved in, I regret moving in and cant wait til the lease is over!! During the winter,the heat in our apartment didnt work, so we were freezing!!! There is mold in our living from a flood we had in the winter, we had a BIg hole in our celing that didnt get fix until MONTHS later, its still not fix right, and its almost been a year! The paint in our bathtub is peeling out, and hasnt been fixed, The staff are very rood!! Its all lies, the pool hasnt been open for years!!! There is no fitness room whatso ever...There is nothing!! Its all lies!! Everthing is old and breaking one by one,i would NEVER recommend anyone to these apartments!!!NEVER!!!! There couldnt be any worst apartments out there!!

I have lived the nightmare...my advice to all of you ...put your rent money into a secure escrow account and send a letter to management that no money will be paid to them until the list of demands are corrected. You can also sue them in small claims to release you from lease. Remember also...if they evict you for non payment they are breaking the lease right then. Saves you having to wait for the lease to be up. I would be a witness for anyone who needs it in court. I still have the copies of news ads where they false advertised!!!

does anyone know a corp. number to get ahold of cuz im have mold growing in my bathroom annnnd im so close to suing them.
