They fix nothing. They don't clean the hallways. The dogs ---- all over the balconies. The windows have no screens. Pothole city. I've been a resident of peachtree apartments since May 2007 and since day one they don't like to fix nothing. Rhonda Marquette is a lier, she just lies to get you off the phone Because she don't want to hear nothing that you have to say. She cut you off when you are trying to tell her what is wrong with the apartment. People have stopped paying there rent to go to court to tell the judge about the repair issues. Some video taped some of the apartments to state there case. One resident moved in and moved out the same week. I have had 2 leaks in 6 months. The first leak was 1 month after moving in and they still have not repaired the bathroom ceiling and the last most recent one was 2 days ago in my bedroom. This has been a big learning lesson for me to look at this website before signing a lease.
