This place is the slums for sure. I lived throughout 2007, the first week i moved in the washer filled up and quit working. They didnt come to fix it for almost a month. I had stinking water sitting for all that timewith a brand new infant. We had to threaten to quit paying rent for them to fix it. The electric box in my apartment would occasionally be hot to the touch, no wonder the places recently burned down! The heat either didnt work or was over 90 degrees. It also banged very loudly which they didnt know how to fix. Someone broke into my apartment by smashing in my bedroom window and their fix was to board it up. It stayed boarded up for 3 months until i moved out. Air conditioning broke in my room and they stated they were out of air conditioners right then. They go through a new management company often, there was 2 when I was there without notifying the residents of the change and the change to our policies. There are no screens on any of the windows, not only my apartment but on any building, making it impossible to open windows without bugs critters and the fear of your children falling out. When I turned my final papers in when i moved out i fell off their porch and snapped my ankle pretty bad. The manager told me I was just tired and thats why i fell. I informed her otherwise. There was even a homeless man living in our boiler (which was right next to my apartment)room who would shut my heat off!

Dont expect much from this place but a shabby roof over your head thats not always heated properly.
