My unit was the one that the fire was started in on MArch 11th, by negligent maintenance guy SCOTT. I lost everything my children and I ever owned, and whats worse they only offered us $75 off this months rent. Wow. My windows have no screens in them,i am missing a kitchen drawer, and they have yet to come and fix any of this, and this is the so called new apartment.

I can only imagine what your going threw. I left there a few weeks ago. once I found out that scott the maintence gy was responsible for this and not only that but I confronted him on this issue and he thought it was funny about what he did and he still works there. shows how much the management cares for their tennents and not only that what they caused you and the harm they put your famliy into. I place a vote that all of us past present and future start a class action lawsuit. This is something any lawyer would love to get their hands on especially Jeffery Fieger or someone else just as good as him. If anyone else out their should happen to read this please leave a message here and we can talk. I would be more than happy to do all the leg work to find us all a lawyer for a class actioj lawsuit.

It's interesting to see that after 6 years, nothing has changed (I was the person who wrote the first review in 2002). Unfortunately, class-action lawsuits take YEARS to start, let alone resolve, and the potential pay-out has to be attractive enough to be worth an attorney's time (whether financially, or in Fieger's case, in notoriety, although I think he's a little busy right now....). The entire apartment complex really needs to be razed to the ground and while I would suggest that the incompetent members of the staff look for jobs in the fast-food industry instead, but that'd be insulting to the fast-food industry and I'd be afraid of their lack of heed to food safety standards. Especially since it's obvious that neither management nor maintenance actually HAS any standards.
