I moved in april 30th.........I still have 2 pages of things they have not fixed yet. the few things they did fix were done very poorly. I have water damage in my kitchen and bathroom from thr drug addict men un stairs. the new tenents they have moved in are beyond terrible. Over all if you want something done right you have to #1 call 911 on a regular and #2 call the hall of shame. Very sad. I am now workin on a legal case against them.

i also feel like i live in the projects. they need to do better background checks on the tenants and the employees. i live under 2 rave partying drug attics that party hard 7 days a week. management says they cant do anything....for me to call the police.

Hello! It's been a long time since I lived at Peachtree. This was back in 2002 - 2004....I had several, several problems. I broke my lease early to move out of my mold infested building and apartment that caused me to develop asthma. NO ONE would repair the leaks on the roof or from the first floor....They tried to take me to court and I said, fine, meet you there with all my documents, requests for repair, photos, and medical documents that supported that I developed asthma from living there. In fact the lady on the first floor had to move out of her apt - because it started to flood into her unit. I am still APPALLED and SAD and DISGUSTED that things have gotten from bad to worse.... If you do contact Fox2 - I would be happy to share my story! I am sorry that you are going through this, all the residents suffering.
