I moved in these apartments and they looked wonderful.Very clean, nice and looked like a place I could call home.. Staff were very nice to you when you came to look into the apartments. but once you signed your lease. (WOW)
After being there a few months. I kept getting letters on my door for different things.. ANNOYING! People around me were nice. The outside was kept up pretty good. Alot better then some of the apartments around us.. The pool was very clean also.

My problem was in my bathroom...I went one day to clean my bathroom floor and found that the coat of white paint on my tile was coming up as I washed the floor...Of course I thought why the heck is my floor painting anyways....

So I called,management and complained of my problem.. to make the story short, countless times I had staff out to my apartment and nothing was every done right. I had it repainted and I had chemicals used to strip the paint off my floor that made my household sick.
I think I became a problem to the management there. I made them unhappy with me according to some of the staff that came to my apartment to "help" fix the problem, due to some of the things they inlighten me that the management at the front office called me. I was unhappy there. I wanted the problem to be fixed the right way. I shouldn't of had to re-call them many times and have to deal with the paint on the floor and all the chemicals that made my family sick inside the apartment! And to end this I sure didn't like the fact that the staff was sitting around calling me some of the things there own workers told me they said...

Fix the problem RIGHT and then I wouldn't of bothered you anymore!!!

After being here a few months, this Tenant got letters on her door... and she was annoyed??? hint, hint... everyone in the building was annoyed with this tenant, everything from excessive noise and more, to leaving the children she was supposed to be babysitting for, on the balcony outside! There is a reason why this is the only negative opinion on this apartment complex. Sometimes you really can't tell you are going to have problems with your residents, but 99% of the time, everyone's happy....

I wondered about what happened with this bathroom floor... so I asked the Manager about it... since it's from 2005. The glaze on the ceramic tile was defective, it was resealed and apartment was rerented. Sounds like Management had a much larger problem with the tenant than the tenant had with the floor.
