The apartments are wonderful, clean and affordable. The maintenance is on top of things. But when having to deal with Kathy the property manager beware. She is very rude to her tenants and her staff. Again the apartments are great but the person in charge is awful! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

Give me a break! The reason why the apartments are nice, clean, quiet, etc. etc.... the reason why the grounds are well-maintained... the reason why this is such a great place... is because the Property Manager is tough and doing the best job she possible can do! Most Residents appreciate this, if you are offended by the Property Manager doing her job...perhaps this is not the best place for you to live.... thank you for your comments. As I have stated on here before . . . just because you are having a bad day doesn't mean that it's ok to say mean things. You won't post your name meaning that you probably don't live here . . . meaning that you probably got kicked out! Deal with the fact that you have a rough life but you are making Kathy out to be a ----- and that's just not fair! She stresses on the rules because some people just don't know how to follow them. I disagree totally!! Kathy has always been polite and helpful. I have never had a problem with her, or any of the management staff. You must be mistaken and not know what/who you speak of. The staff, and Kathy in particular, at Rivercrest Arms are terrific - as are the apartments. I've lived here two years - and have never experience the rudeness you speak of. Maybe it was you????

The thing that makes these ratings sites so unreliable as a source of information is the number of anonymous responses which could well be posted by one--to quote a phrase--nut case, who apparently leads such a sad and pathetic life that she finds time to trash caring and responsive people, just trying to do a good job. Madam Vendetta really needs a reality check and would well to seek out some well-needed counseling.

I've lived at rivercrest for almost a year. Kathy has been nice and understanding. I've never had any problems with her or her staff. I am very satified with my apt. and I intend to stay for as long as I can. my name is cheryl

You hide behind that fake ass smile but i personally witnessed you bribe tenants to write good things about you on this site your a joke and so is the grillo family how could they have been so blind to your incompetence for so long.What a shame and why are there so many vacants here?Im sure you have an answer for this like you do with anything else your a joke,you keep treating people the way you do and karma will come back on you
