I live in Rivercrest Arms Apartments and have lived here close to 2 years. I love them. Their very spacious for the price one has to pay. They're also larger than the average apartment. The manager is super!!! She will bend over backwards to see that EVERY tenent is happy in their apartment. I love how the manager is most welcoming and makes you feel like you're home. It's a good feeling knowing that ----- is here for us. If there is a problem with an apartment the manager sees to it that it's taken care of right away. There's NO waiting. I Rate these apartments with 5 Stars. I Rate the Manager 5 stars as well. I wish ratings went higer because she deserves much higer. If you read this ----- ... know how happy I am to be one of your renters. I feel very secure here and what a wonderful, beautiful place to live. Apt. 238. Thank You.

It sounds like you don't need to read this ----- as you probably wrote it or bribed someone else to. Get Real already! Stop assuming everyone out there is too stupid to know this!

Is this a joke?? I wanted to move here and now I'm reconsidering if MGMT goes to the low to actually respond to resident opinions(yes that's what they are) than everything they are saying is more than likely true.. Very childish of MGMT too.Apartments look good but who cares if you have to go on with petty landlord/tenant disputes about nothung especially when I'm paying to be there...I wish you would put some crazy letter on my door that's not notarized by the court. Reading these opinions it sounds really true that they were either written by the landlord or her best friend GROW UP!!!! Thanks for the heads up!
