This complex is very well managed with regard to snow removal, general maintenance issues, guideline adherance, etc. I feel very safe here and any issues I need help with ere addressed in a timely and professional manner.

I completely agree with this review. Kathy and her staff do a terrific job with this complex. I have lived her 1 year and will be staying well into the future. This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Kathy and her staff are very professional and polite. Kathy is responsive to all request and treats all the tenants with respect and dignity. Keep up the great work Kathy.
