I've lived at Rivercrest Arms for nearly two years now and it has been a great experience. The property manager is amazing at getting things done. Any problems I've had were addressed quickly and effectively, whether they were related to maintenance or inconsiderate tenants.

I love the layout of my two bedroom apartment. It doesn't have the typical "boxy" apartment feel to it and is very comfortable.

A number of people on this site have spent lots of time and energy trying to hurt the image of this complex. I can only assume they're people who've been evicted for not paying rent or being rude and inconsiderate of other residents.

In my judgment, the property manager is extremely fair and doesn't tolerate any nonsense. In other words, EXACTLY the kind of person I want as a landlord.
