I think Riverside Village has finally figured it out!

Back in 2007 I signed a one year lease with the community because it was affordable and close to my job. After the year was over I decided to try some place new because I began to question the safety that comes along with low income housing. I spent the past 2 years apartment/condo hopping and have been happily living back at Riverside Village Apartments for the last 3 months. Under committed and professional new management RIverside has done a 180 degree. Still cheap rent. But now with great management, friendly neighbors, clean apartments, plenty of parking, laundry machines in building, sound proof walls, a pretty little bridge, green grass and river stream, new roofing, prompt on-call maintenance service, and finally a drug dealer, hood rat free neighborhood. Now that i have gone on about everything I would say moving back was a greeaaat choice. :) happy here!

The roofs sure are not, look at the buildings around you, the shingles don't even match. I was there in 99 and they had the bridge, laundry, creek, and on call maintenance. I don't think the walls have been replaced either : )

nearly every night around midnight I am awoken by the sound of the people upstairs from me having sex. I do not want to hear about sound proof walls again

The only problem I see still existing at Riverside is you. And no sorry I'm not the complex manager but I wish i was because I would quickly remove this problem. Negative people like you will not be happy anywhere. Get a life and stop obsessing over your complex manager. If is that bad move out!
