Typical Lower-Middle/Beginner Apt.

Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1995
 
Nothing special. Typical apartments with lower income families, young people in their first apartments, and singles. Noise levels on par with apartments with frequent parties scattered throughout, and hip-hop-bass-boomers cruising through nightly. Building doors rarely latch shut.

Not too terrible for temporary, low-cost residence.
