I haven't had any major issues since I moved in. Sure, the apartments may not be "perfect", but the rent is very affordable. When ever I call in a work order it is taken care of the same day or the next day.

Parking can be a problem, but no more than I experienced at other apartments.

Overall I think it's a great deal.
