Staff is friendly, maintenance is prompt, but it definately more of a low income area of Clinton Twp. People dont know how to park, neighbors arent that friendly (or dont speak the same language as you....), 1 washer and dryer for 8 apartments, and you can hear everything above you if you are on the 1st floor.
