I have lived in this community since 2004. Up until a few months ago I very much enjoyed my time here. Then new management took over, the old manager was so friendly and always willing to help. Everytime I walked into the office she would smile and greet me by name. Now when I walk in I get dirty looks from the new manager and an attitude when I ask a question. It seems like all the new residents are trouble...we have "thugs" hanging around outside till all hours of the night, police here on a daily basis, cars and apartments being broke into, fights and broken beer bottles everywhere. But the only thing I notice is signs on the dumpsters saying keep door closed because raccoons go in them to eat. Im sorry but Im more worried about gang fights and drugs then a raccoon. I was asked all the time how I like my apartment and I always bragged about it and actually referred some friends to move in as well, but now I fear for my life. This place used to be beautiful but now that this new manager took over its a living hell. I cannot wait till my lease is up in a few months because I will not be re-signing.

I completely agree, since new management took over most of the new residents are nothing but trouble. The screening process that used to exist with the old management obviously doesn't still apply. I agree about the raccoons too. I'd rather have to cross one of those at night in the parking lot than someone who lives here!
