Moved into The Harbor Apartments in 11/2007 to 2/2009.I was really exited about my new place. A few month's into my lease discovered how awful this place is. The same week I moved-in,I had to go out and buy a shovel couldn't get down the stair way due to snow covering the stairs. This didn't happen once it was every time it snowed. Maintenance was really poor about keeping the grounds salted. One Morning walking down the path way to my car I slip and fell in the icy parking lot called over to renter's office and was advise that there is a shortage on salt and that I could come over and fill out an accident report and then was hung up on. Every morning before work had to get up 30 min early to shovel my car out of the parking space to get out of the parking lot. By the way parking at the Harbors suck I was paying $840.00 month never had any place to park. After work I had to hurry home just to find some where to park before the parking lot was full. People would always knock on my door late at night at the wrong apartment. Drug traffic in the parking lot. The Tenant in the next building was running an unlicensed day care out of her apartment. The Harbors are very noisy, over crowed and unsafe and don't forget the bugs/spiders. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE OR ANY OF THERE PROPERTIES.

If it was so lousy, why did you stay here for 15 months? It seems as if you extended your contract...
