I have read all of the other reviews on Weathervane apartments and I have to say that I pretty much agree with all that was said about them. The manager is a very nice lady and trys to get maintenece to your apartment as soon as they are available. No one seemed to mention although this is only a 3 building community that the maintenece also services the much larger complex of COuntry Squire next door to us, seeing as they are both owned by the same company. Maintenece also serves as the landscaping/grass cutting people as well so unless its an emergency on grass cutting days (2 per week, 1 per complex) your maintence will not get done the same day as your call to them.





The building that I myself live in is the larger of the 3 buildings here. There is some controversy over the cleaning that get done in this building. Other tentants and I have spoken about this issue. Im not sure if the other message posters live in this building. Our building is RARLY cleaned. When she does clean she hardly ever does all three of the floors. Usually only the foyer and lower level. Most of the time I think she just throws some pine sol on the floor thinking she?s tricking all of us into thinking she cleans. I?ve had the same piece of paper in my hall for 3 months now. I think I shall start keeping a "record" like the other person is. I think this lady gets paid for NOTHING. The office building is clean....go figure. The bathrooms you use to go through to the pool were absolutly horrible over the last summer. I think all she did the whole time was replace the toliet paper. her kids that are NOT OF THE POSTED AGE to be alone at the pool are constantly down there BY THEMSELVES NO ADULT SUPERVISION and they remarkably get in no trouble for bringing all of thier friends from school. Even though the sign states children are allowed no guests.





AS STATED IN OTHER POSTINGS the buildings arent disgusting or anything and like the other person said she is paid for a job she is definately NOT doing.





The grounds are nice, the pool for the most part is very nice. my apartment is very quiet dispite alot of younger people living in my building. The storage in my apt is very nice. Heating bills are not over the top in the winter neither is my electric, even with an electric stove.





I would reccomend this place to anyone that asks. The price is a few dollars more than surrounding apartments in the area, but it is quiet, the apartments are fairly large and maintence dispite how it sounds in the beggining of this posting does get the job done within a couple of days.
