I just signed a leased on 4/25/05 and found the staff to be very helpful. I had also visited three other properties managed by Dart Properties and they also had the same level of professionalism I really liked. For the other reviews about the closet space, they must have a one bedroom because I got a two bedroom and there is a lot. There are two walkin closets, big storage closet by the door, and linen closet in the bathroom. So far I would recommend visiting this place. Will tell you if I think that you should live here once I am.

I have lived here for about 5 weeks now. The place is still pretty nice. There are a couple of minor repairs that need to be made but we havent told them about them yet. I dont know if it is just our apartment but there seems to be a good amount of spiders. The guy above us moved from our apartment to his. When he is home I can see why he did that. The floor creaks when he walks around. He works afternoons so we never hear him when we are awake. The office worker that we signed the lease with that was willing to work around my special needs to get the leased signed doesnt aknowledge when we see her. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
