Probably one of the better apartments around...

This is not too bad of a place to live. The parking situation varies as people move in and out--and it can be frustating some times when you have to park at the far end of the adjacent building. One bedroom was too small, there is not enough closet or storage space--would recommend a 2-bedroom even if you don't think you need it. Overall the apartments are fairly nice...but would it kill them to stick a sheet of linoleum at the front door...as careful as you are you will still have mud, dirt, etc. stained carpets by the front door. It is very good to have a washer and dryer in the apartment, but don't expect the luxury of an automatic fabric softener dispenser. The bad part of that is if your neighbors above you like to start laundry at 11 pm on weeknights. As far as insulation goes...never have had much of a problem with noise to either side, but being in a lower apartment you should expect to hear floor creaks, doors slamming, stair climbing. Usual noise such as talking and television can not be heard at most times. The grounds are pretty good, can't complain except for the abundance of geese which are hard to control. The leasing office is also decorated quite nicely for christmas. Overall I would still recommend this place over any apartment complex in the area. One tip...be aware of Comcast, they get confused with apartment hookups and may mess with your cable--I had mine disconnected erroneously 3 times in 7 months.
