This place is disgusting, nautrally when me and my husbend and 2 very young infant children moved in here we were shown the model apt....nice carpet, nice walls, flawless bathroom, smelled great nothing broke what so ever.....
we pay for the apt and get our keys and we didnt go look at the place until we arrived with our moving truck of stuff and not only was it way diffrent then the model (management told us it would be the exact same) carpet didnt match the walls and was very dirty, tiles missing in bathroom,screens missing, lock on the livingroom window broke (management gave us a piece of wood to keep there til it was fixed....) 2 years later still just the wood.
counters disgusting, cabinets horrable, you can tell there had been water damage to them.
bathroom was the worst after a week of living there mold just started appearing i used comet to get rid of it and nothing worked, holes in the walls and bug infestation.....flying ants, ants, spiders you name it falling out of the holes in the wall and into my 2 year old sons bath water.
we informed the management about spiders attacking my husband....he had HUGE holes all over his arm which later were confirmed to be brown recluse spider bites, they are very rare but because were along the clinton river they have been spotted.
few month later my 2 year old son was attcked by another one a month after that another attack...management did NOTHING to help situation my son and husbend have scars all over there bodies now.
i talked to a few other tenents about the spiders and a couple said they were biten by a spider as well and described teh same bite.
they talk so highly of there pool area....its disgusting and when every single complex in macomb county has there pools open the arbors will have not even taken the cover off yet and they have weird hours for the pool (noon -5pm'' )everyone else has 10am to 8pm or later...
my family and i have been saving to get a new place we hate it here all the bugs, the people here are horrable, at night our gas gets syphind, cars broken into vandilisam.
has a contract with comcast only so if you like any other cable companies your out of luck.
comcast employees who are buddies with management will show up at your door at 9pm askin if you want free cable and charge yoou a one time fee of $30 or whatever you have...and then show up a few months later and demand you pay another $30 or they will report you.
be smart and just stay away from thsi place they will rent to anyone and they will LIE LIE LIE same with parkway its the same thing stay away or you WILL regret it!!!

if you get bit by a brown recluse spider, most of the time you will die or almost die.....
