I moved into the Arbor's in March of 2005. I called to see my apartment a week before I moved in and was not able to view it until the day of my move. It was not what I expected. The carpet was fility. Big nasty fility stains from the previous renters. The light in the walk in closet did not work. The bedroom window had no screen. The kitchen and bathroom floors were very old and filthy. The balcony screen was just an old screen that does not fit that someone just threw up their. When I let management know about all of the flaws in my apartment, they did nothing to fix it.
I had to wait 2 months just to get things fixed, and the only reason they got fixed then is because I called the property manager and complained to him. The outside hallways are absolutely disgusting. Their is always trash in the hallways. The carpet should have been thrown away years ago. And their is a nasty vomit stain in the hallway that has been their for months.
I never use the laundry room because it looks extremely unsafe, unsanitary and the machines do not clean your clothes.
I too have had a problem with spiders in my apartment. And I noticed that for a couple of months last years, I would wake up with weird looking red bite marks on my legs. I had to put poison down in my windows to stop this from happening and since then the problem has gone away.
The only good thing that I can say about this place is that it is very quite. I don't get awaked at all times of the night by loud obnixous people playing loud obnixous music. Its quiteness makes it is ONE good quality. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I lived in these apartments for 14 months and was very satisfied with these apartments that I am actually moving back in them! The management can get a little cranky sometimes but then again who doesnt. It does take them a little bit longer to get out to the apartments to fix things. We were there in phase 1 and were now moving into phase 2 soon. My neighbors were quite pleasant and friendly. Then some dumb college kids moved in next door and played video games till 4 in the morning! The washer and dryers were nice to have available in each apartment and cleaned my clothes fine. With the stackable washer and dryer you cant fit too many clothes in because they are a bit smaller. My carpet was used when I moved in but never noticed any big problem with it.
