I have lived at Arbors Apartments for 7 months now. Maintenance here is usually here within 24 hours, even quicker if there happens to be a water issue. The two ladies in the office are very personable and handle issues very professionally. I was in the office after I moved in to witness a resident that was giving the ladies a hard time because they towed his car due to expired tags, flat tires and busted out windows. They laid it out for the resident with a copy of the lease they signed where it was written about vehicles. How they impressed me on how they handle issues. Many people come from Detroit and give no respect for any other people who live here, the ladies handle this to the best of their ability and those people either move or stop. I love living here, most of the time it is quiet, peaceful and I get along with all my neighbors. The pool was open when I moved in and man, how my kids loved going in it. I read these reviews that were posted years ago and thank god for the new managers and how well they take care of their residents.
