I liked it when we first moved in in late 2008, with the promise of a newly carpeted/freshly painted community hallway. The hallway was really ghetto and the carpet was really nasty so the only reason we signed our lease was because "All would be replaced with in a month or two"... Well, we have lived here quite a while now and only have a month or so left on our lease and the hallway IS STILL NOT RE-DONE! After talking to my other neighbors, I am not the only one who was told this. Pure shenanigans. I really like the ladies in the office, always really professional but the fact that they lied about the hallway turns me off.

If you have someone living above you, be prepared to be annoyed 24/7 as everytime they take a step you hear squeaks above you. It's even worse if they have kids. I advise to live on the top floor if you can.

SPIDERS - LOTS OF SPIDERS! Huge ones at that. I have found more than one Brown Recluse. I have found ants on more than one occasion as well. Again, I'm not the only one, neighbors have the same problem.

Parking sucks. When it rains, the whole parking area gets flooded. It's a task trying to get out of your car and not ruining your shoes.

Not too bad of a place to live, it's cheap but I wouldn't live here more than a year.

Dear Anonymous, I have also lived here over a year and have not found what you have found. I am a bit more realistic when it comes to living in an apartment community. First, it is a community and if you don't want to hear people, then I suggest buying a house. As for spiders, I have had a few in my unit, but when I enform the ladies in the office, the exterminator is out the next day to take care of it. The complex is nice, has a park like setting. With all the trees and grass areas, how do you expect not to have spiders once and a while or bugs? You must of lived in a ground floor unit. I have talked with the ladies in the office, and those units are more prone to bugs because you are halfway under ground. I have not seen what you have, but everyones views are different, as for me, I have referred numerous people here, and they like it as well.
