I moved into these apts.

because of the cheap price against the better judgement of people I know.

I regretted it.

There was a SEVERE flea investation in my entire building which resulted in me being eaten alive by fleas.

I had over 70 bites on my body before they even decided to do something about it.

They bombed my apt.

3 times which didn't work and then said they were sand fleas and that there was nothing they could do about it! The noise level was horrible, loud young kids fighting and partying all of the time.

The office staff was friendly but pretty much called me a liar about the fleas till I captured some and brought them in for them to see.

Later found out they lost all of my rent money too.

The construction of the apts.

was horrible as well, and I ended up breaking my lease and moving out a month later.

There was also a spider and bug investation in my apartment as well.

I later got the whole story that the previous resident had exotic plants which had invested soil and thats where the bug investation came from...

Only live here if you want to be lied to and if you want to deal woth lots of noise and bugs!

I had a spider bigger than the size of a quarter in my apartment no lie. we caught it and put it on her desk and she told me it was just a house spider and it took at very least a month to get some one out here and all he did was lay down sticky traps. My baby was probably about a month and a half old at the time, i was freaking out.

A spider the size of a quarter is nothing, it happens everywhere, not the apartment's fault whatsoever. Squash it and go on, 9 out of 10 times it will be a harmless spider anywho
