the people in the office are very rude.
they warn you about lead paint when you move it.
there was a whole list of stuff that needed to be fixed in my apartment when i moved in and it took them a while to fix it.
they promised me a new stove and here i am 10 months into my year lease and i still dont have a new stove.
we had fleas when we moved in and they had to bomb our apartment.
i pay more than my friend that lives in the same building same exact set up.
he pays 365 and i pay 425.
my other friend just moved into a 2 bedroom and she pays less than i do!!! do not move into this place it sucks!!!

Oh my gosh when we moved in we had flees too and the tub still had mold in it. we went and told them and they handed us a flee bomb and tilex so we could do it our selves. and i pay $475 for a 2 bedroom. I hate this place!

I agree with everybody here who are against Pine Creek ...We needs investigator to find out what the hell is going on at Pine Creek ..I'm pretty suspicious of Teresa Brown ripping people off with rental price and deposit. Everybody pay different rent price which that isn't right also I never heard of having to pay to break the lease.
