I agree with the "never Again " review. everything you can think of about this place is extremely bad. The first night we moved in my car was broken in to. The windows in my apartment are so bad, in the winter the windows freeze shut and they are so drafty you can be sitting next to them and feel an actual breeze. We asked for new windows and they asked to see a copy of our consumers bill. They said we would get new windows in the fall and we never got them. it takes a week or two before anyone will come to check out a service call and then another week of them going back and forth in and out to get the problems fixed. Parking in the winter is terrible if they plow they pile it taking up 4 parking spots or they just don't plow and let ice build up, last winter it got about 3 to 5 in thick. When asked about it they said they were told they were'nt aloud to buy any salt. I could go on and on. When we have brought up our concerns and problems to the office staff they were very rude. For instance when we first moved in the apartment was not cleaned well the tub and mold in it and the drawers int the kitchen were NASTY! We let them know and they handed us a bottle of tilex so WE could clean it. Them whole year I have lived here never once was i late on my rent, one month i fell on a really hard time so i went to talk to them about it and all i was asking for was for them to wave the late fee just for a week and i would have had the payment they told me no cause to many people would not pay, so i took in my payment a week late on the date i said i would and i asked again and told her look Ive never been late and ive brought you in the money like i said i would can you please help me out' With the late fee the rent took my whole 2 week check plus an extra $10. I have 2 kids to feed and a 3 month old baby to worry about also and she wouldn't help me out at all.
While living here we have had a small electrical fire and we found out through the fire that all the fuses to the apartment are all on one switch and the electrician stated that they didnt want to pay him to fix it the way it is suppose to be so he had to do a quick fix on it. I have many many more complaints on this place but i think you get the point. NOT RECOMMENDED

You know, the fire cheif would have shut them down if that were true. And, the electrician could loose their license. Are you sure you were not evicted?

I agree about the late thing ..i have always been on time until recently and now they will not work with me ...and there are so many things wrong and they dont come fix it
