I have hated living here since the 1st day of my lease & I moved in the Fall of 2007.
The apartment was not ready for me to move-in to when I arrived and I had to pay rent for the day even though I had to come back at 5:00pm to get my keys. (I signed my contract in the early morning)
The carpet was in very poor shape; dark/red spots, very worn in areas, and bleach spots. For what a 2-bedroom apartment costs here, it was a real shame that they feel so little obligation to keep the apartments nice.
Since moving in, I have come to realize the hallways are always going to smell yucky from a combination of everyone's personal smells and cooking. This is very hard to get used to and someone else mentioned it in their review of the apartments too.
Lastly, there are no bells or whistles...no workout center/no pool/no clubhouse. It is actually a boring place. I will move when my contract ends.
