We moved in a little bit ago and so far so good. Staff (which is same as chandler) is great. Had a couple small things that needed fixed but when i asked to get them fixed they were taken care of the next day (very pleased). Read review on chandler estates (sister complex). I for one do not think the walls are paper thin, only time i have ever heard noise from others is in the bathroom when they turn on water but big whoop. Only issue i have is parking, it seems that there are more cars then there should be but i can still get a spot so its not as bad as it could be. Overall i think i will enjoy my stay and encourage others to try them out.
