I moved here when Jeanie General was the Manager. She was the reason I rented here and not at Old Mill Apartments. She was the best Manager, as my apartment needs would get fixed by Pat right away, she always had nice parties for everyone, she always spoke to me when I went in the office and asked me about my personal life (she would remember names of family and friends that we had talked about), and the apartment lawn was always very nice. I really like the apartment and the pool is great too.
BUT, now Jeanie has moved and this place is not the same. I go in the office and no one speaks to me but they do make me feel like I am bothering them. I put a maintenace slip in for my dishwasher in March and it finally got done in April by some guy I never seen before. They never told us they hired anyone new and I was not sure if I should let this guy in my apartment. I called the office and a lady by the name of Nancy was very rude to me about it. I then asked the secretary (Jan) about it and she made me feel like a bother to her. I am no longer happy here with the people who work here. The apartment is nice, but be careful when you meet the people who work here.
