This place is horrible. Took months for my application to be acknowledged. Right from the beginning everything was horrible. The apartment was not ready or clean. Then the water heater quit, was then installed wrong, flooded the apartment and left that way for days. No apology, no compensation for ruined belongings, ignored letters.Nothing has been fixed since the first week we lived here. Cars have been broken into, gang threats, THIS IS GALESBURG, why are there gangs' Neighbors fight outside non stop. People are always screaming. Cops breaking up domestic disputes non stop. It's dangerous. Drug dealers everywhere. Pets are not allowed, but everyone still has cats that pee and roam everywhere, and even some dogs. NEVER use the washer or dryer "room", they are unsafe scary alcoves in the basement and a complete rip off. Oh,and there has been a nasty, discarded couch blocking the entrance to my apartment door for the last week. Fights break out non stop.
