Our apartment is pretty comfortable and they've done well at taking care of the most pressing things. (Annual checks on furnace and chimney and actually fixing problems they find.) The weight room is great to have nearby--I actually occasionally work out. On the downside, the floors aren't completely level (I've had to shim a couple of pieces of furniture) and we've spent most of the four months we've lived here trying to deal with the issue of cigarette smoke from the stairwell leaking into our apartment and making us sneeze. While the staff has been really good about everything else, they've really dragged on this and it's making us a bit crazy. Still, it's pretty quiet, comfortable and I feel safe. Now, if they can just fix the *&^% smoke problem...
