I have read the other reviews here and can't hardly believe the ignorance. My experience has been nothing but positive. Yes, the management has policies regarding Christmas trees and requests that you don't use certain toilet cleaners. BUT it is for the residents benefit. Real trees create a fire hazard. Most residents would be responsible but some wouldn't and that endangers everyone and not only that but I have noticed some don't abide by the rule and then don't have the decency to clean up the needles in the hallway. Some bleach blocks cause toilets to leak. I am glad the management makes me aware of such information in their newsletter. I don't want my toilet to leak.
In my experience the maintenance is great, the apartment is beautiful and customer service is top-notch. This place is great and if residents don't realize that they should talk to people from other complexes. This is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in.
