I am currently in my sixth year here at Churchill Place Apartments. When I read the previous negative ratings, I could not believe the obvious ignorance that was shown. I left my previous apartment complex because of the disrespect that was shown by the tenants by not following the "rules" that were instilled to keep everyone safe, happy and living in an appealing environment. I came to Churchill Place Apartments because it is a beautifully maintained property and I appreciate the requests that management makes of its tenants in order to keep Churchill Place Apartments the highly respectable, beautifully maintained, higher-class complex that it is. Churchill Place Apartments stands above the rest and I would recommend this as a home to anyone who appreciates respecting others and being respected.
