Chuchill Place Apartments are probably some of the nicest apartments (for the price) in Grand Rapids. The garages are bigger than most and the interior of the apartment is very modern and well kept. However, the managment in extremely invasive into personal life. In one incident management actually asked a fellow tenant to jump on her bed to see if it made enough noise to bother those in other apartments!!!

The apartments are very nice, but the managment can be quite bazaar.
