The owner Fred will enter your property illegaly, the lady in the front office is an absolutely insufferable old bat who will act nice as a prospective renter then treat you like dirt when you actually rent. Fred seemed nice at first then he broke into my garage and accused me of stealing his electricity. He demanded that I pay him for his electric bill'!'!'! Fred is a former truck driver and his professionalism has not improved much since then.
Their workout room features one broken down old cable weight machine with half the parts missing, one air cycle from 1974 one treadmill that has a burnt out circut board and one eliptical (the only good machine!).
The community room features one 1991 Dell 486dx2 that can barely get on the internet and a thermostat that is constantly set too cold in winter and too hot in summer.
Car was broken into and GPS stolen. Old lady at front told me I could stick the GPS in my @ss for all she cared.
The grounds are well kept.
