I have lived at Churchill Place Apartments for the past five years. I am movng out of state and I wish I could take my apartment with me. The owner, Fred, the maintenance staff and the office staff are the best ever. The difference between these apartments and other apartments in the area is that they care about their tenants. This is obvious by the way they treat you, the way they take care of the grounds and mostly your apartment. If anything needs fixing, the maintenance staff is right there to take care of it. The office staff cares about you and will do anything to make your life easier. Fred takes the greatest pride in his apartments and wants everything to be just right so your rental experience is a pleasure. I know I know I will never find another apartment complex like this in my lifetime. Kudos to Churchill Place on knowing how to run a business. Thank You!!!!
