Moving out after 2 1/2 years, and would be happy to stay if we didn't buy a house. Apartment was clean and well-appointed, and management takes care to keep it that way. Rare service calls were extremely prompt. Lease terms are fair, and experience was positive from move-in to move-out. I looked extensively when we moved to Grand Rapids, and I feel it's the best value in town. They do have high expectations of their renters, but from our point of view, it is with the intention of keeping the community clean and orderly. If you're responsible as a renter, you'll have no problems. Only negative I can think of is that some of the community amenities could be upgraded (exercise room, etc.)
