My husband and I have lived here for four years and have had a so-so experience. The management will be nice to you only if you're nice to them, but don't count getting much fixed correctly the first time or in a timely manner. The most disappointing aspect is that they recently were bought and are now under new management. The new management is turning this place into condos so everyone's leases are being broken and we are all expected to find new places to live without any compensation for our trouble. Of course we could always chose to pay upwards of $90,000 for an outdated, space challenged condominium. Maybe this is all a big blessing in disguise...for everyone who currently lives here. I have empathy though for those in the future that are fooled into actually buying one of these places.

I too live in Westgate village and just signed a year lease there in March. I was then told in April that they are becoming townhouses. When I signed my lease I inquired about long term living there I was told nothing about the change into condos.
