For the security, I have caught them sleeping a lot you just need to know where they do at, even got it on video. Kent county Deputies can tell you where they sleep at.
Maintenance is something happens they automatically try to make you feel like ---- for breaking it, it never gets fixed.
Trash all over in halls never gets cleaned, just gross.
90% --------, I fought in Iraq for AMERICA not mexico, then they act like we ran across there borders.
There is constantly violance here, is a war zone, Fallujah, Iraq was not as bad as York Creek.
Stay away, unless you are mex then you will fit in great.
Build a 12 foot prison fence with gun towers thats what you need to do, keep them confined they are criminals any way

You have issues. This doesn't have much to do with York Creek...but your issues in life with people of another race. There are websites for you to vent your anger on, but this isn't one of them. Go find it. No one wants to hear your opinion regarding the hispanic race. We are all people and live together...try to get along and grow up. York Creek is a great value for the money and the staff is decent. I probably wouldn't be very nice if I had to deal with people like you on a daily basis either...treat others as you want to be treated and maybe you'll have a different view on things.

Great value for the price? How much are you paying? I like it when you call to pay rent, they ask, "how much are you going to pay this month?" What? you mean we had a choice the whole time? I could fake I couldn't afford it? It makes me wonder how much more I was charged for being a white person with a full time job.

LOL if someone thinks that York Creek is a nice place to live then you must not know how to be treated as a human, or maybe you are one of those people living at York Creek that gets away with everything because your not white.

I'm wondering the same thing. I'm not white, I'm black and my husband's white. He has a full time job and we make enough for me to stay home with our son. Last week we got a letter in the mail telling us that they "forgot" to charge us ten bucks for something or other and said we had to pay it in full by the end of the month. I haven't paid it, and I want them to verify what it was they misplaced in our account. BTW, we filled out our new lease agreement over the mail and they haven't applied it! We're still paying them last years amount. We're going to take full advantage of that considering it's highway robbery living here. We've already started looking elsewhere ( if you want your child to be a thug, live here )and we're buying out our lease at the six months mark and moving on. Maybe we should have told them my hubby was unemployed and I had six kids. We'd probably would have gotten a lower rent.
