We moved into York Creek apartments in June of 2007. When we first moved in, everything was in perfect condition aside from our dishwasher. We contacted management and someone promptly came and fixed the problem. A few months later, our upstairs neighbor had a leak which started to bubble through our ceiling, and when maintenance went to fix their leak, they came down to make sure that we had no water damage and then fixed what had happened. These were the only things that ever went wrong here at York Creek, and as you see, maintenance was right on top of things. I never had any problems with noise, neighbors, or anything. The office staff are all very friendly, polite, and are more than happy to help you with any questions you may have.
Rent is low and it includes utilities [aside from electric], so there are less bills to worry about. I would definitely recommend York Creek to anyone looking for a new apartment, especially those who are just starting out!

Seems you never left your apartment or went outside. Congrats on getting lucky enough to have quiet neighbors, and having a building where parking isn't an issue. This stinks of YC staff.
