york creek has been my home for 6 years now and i've read some of the other reviews about the property and while some may be true, most are over exaggerated. Whether you live in a community or a neighborhood, safety is what you make of it... Apartment living to me, is minding my own business and my neighbors do the same. Yes it can be noisy from time to time, but thats why there's security on the property.
In terms of the staff and quality of the apartments they are top notch. you can not find a better deal for your money and the office people are always so nice.
I dont know why people find it necessary to tear down an apartment complex, but i enjoy my home here...

When I lived there, the "security" consisted of of an old man with hearing aids...what a joke. It is not safe to be out at night at the York Creek Apartments.

This looks to be a staff review trying to up their rating.. No one in their right mind would willingly pay for 6 years to be holed up, scared, in a cell, err, I mean apartment.
We have NO security here, and a maintenance guy tried to break up a domestic dispute only to have his window broken out during the ordeal. Police were there, but since no one saw the guy do it, they can't prove it.
Yea, even the "Security" has personal property damage here. Safe, real safe... The office staff still stinks, but the maintenance guys get things fixed very quickly, props to them.
Open your eyes Jack. This place is a hellhole. York creek harbors everything that is considered 'wrong' with this world.

are you living in the york creek on alpine?! apartments are "top notch"??!! And yes, apartment living is about minding your own business..but when you are too scared to leave your own home..something is wrong. The staff is too scared to do anything about all the problems here!
