York Creek isnt as bad as some of these people are saying. Theyre just over exaggerating. I mainly keep to myself and never have any problems. the rent is affordable, the staff is nice, and the units are up to date. What more do you need' York Creek is cool with me.

I'm going to say this is a staff review. "Browndaddy" ? Seems racist in more than one ethnic circle. Affordable, yea, unless you factor in the dangers associated with 5,000 people living in a small area, most of which are on welfare, section 8 housing, have no jobs, and wander around looking for something to occupy their time. That something ends up being larceny, vandalism, or using/selling controlled substances. By the way, the staff sucks, maintenance are the only people there with good work ethics. Any review that compliments the staff is 100% a staff written review.

I don't understand how every good review is supposedly a "staff" review. Maybe all of you dissatisfied renters were bad to begin with and they stuck you in the bad area? I've had a really good experience, as I will keep mentioning in each review I write and I have a very nice apartment. Maybe I have quiet neighbors and you didn't? Not sure, but I love how every bad review is signed "anonymous". In any case, I'm happy here, it's a very good priced apartment for the amount of space and what's included, and I've never had a problem with security. Try living on 28th street and this place will be a dream.
