I have lived at Riverwalk for over a year and we love it. I have 3 children who live with me (I have another but he moved out on his own last year) and even with myself and 4 kids, the apartment is roomy enough. I have had wonderful communication with not only mainenance, but the office staff. The only real problem I have is that the neighbors upstairs from us are extremely noisy. I have reported this to the office a few times and am very pleased with how it is being handled. I have noticed a change 3 times in leasing consultants, but who cares' I see someone has a problem with that. Ok, once youre in, you dont really deal with the leasing consultant anyway and as long as whoever is there is doing a good job it shouldnt matter. The fact that people leave trash in the hall is at times, not good, becasue not everyone follows the rules about when they can put it out and it does smell. I assure you, the office has addressed this in many different ways. Signs, newsletters, etc. Riverwalk is a very good place to live!
