Very nice apartments I loved living there for the three years that i did. The staff is awsome. they have a very clean pool and exercise room. Its definetly worth the money. It kinda reminded me of livin in a condo. I really wish i was still living there but circumstances have made me move.

I lived at River Walk 2 seperate times and each time was a great experience! I always felt safe and any maintanence issues that came up were quickly taken care of. The apartments are kept up very well and the grounds are very well maintained! Highly recommend these apartments!

Horrible Maintenance (Jim) is the only thing decent around Riverwalk. Office staff is nice at first but once your in beware. Nosey neighbors. Works on seniority basis. You dont get your moneys worth.

Beautiful The apartment buildings are beautiful and well kept up. The surrounding area, Shiawassee River, is scenic and peaceful. Apartments are clean and very nice inside. Have washer/dryer in apartment. Great place to live and wonderful people to work with. I love it!
