Horrible Maintenance (Jim) is the only thing decent around Riverwalk. Office staff is nice at first but once your in beware. Nosey neighbors. Works on seniority basis. You dont get your moneys worth.

Beautiful The apartment buildings are beautiful and well kept up. The surrounding area, Shiawassee River, is scenic and peaceful. Apartments are clean and very nice inside. Have washer/dryer in apartment. Great place to live and wonderful people to work with. I love it!

Great place - Great Price The building I am in is very quiet and have never had any issues with tenants or management staf (who are extremely helpful.
